On AyourP, you decide when you want to be connected with a new patient. If you realize that you are missing several opportunities generated by our platform, you may be interested in our first tool that allows you to invite your colleagues to your team.
It's easy to do this. Go to the Team section of your platform and copy and paste the link you will see.
All you have to do now is share this link via email or SMS with your colleagues who, in turn, will create a profile like you did.
Each person has his or her role
On AyourP, there are several roles for setting the permissions of connected professionals.
- 🧑 Administrator: this role makes it possible to do everything on the AyourP platform: Accept new team members, edit the public page (profile) and respond to consultation requests. Usually this role is assigned to the responsible professional and owner(s).
- 👨 Professional : this role is used to respond to consultation requests.
- (Coming soon) 👩💻 Intern : this role allows a student to respond to a consultation request that must be reviewed and approved by a professional or administrator before being sent to the patient.
Connect to more than one team
To reflect the reality of several professionals, AyourP allows to connect to several teams simultaneously. This will allow you to collaborate with all the professionals you meet on a daily basis and thus answer the direct questions received by each of these teams.
To do this, simply click on the avatar at the top right of your screen and follow the steps for "Create or join a Team"
